Worst place I’ve ever gone
NEVER GO HERE. THEY DO NOT WANT TO DO THEIR JOB. I went here years ago for court-ordered counseling and they gave me a medication that caused problems and since, I have extreme stomach issues. Management, doctors and everyone else in this company refuses to fix the issue that they have caused to my stomach. I spend weekends in the bathroom because they gave me the wrong medication and it messed up my stomach so badly that it will never be the same. Counseler Genaro and psychiatrist Jami Liebner was very friendly and very helpful but the program with med refills and appointment schedules and etc kept changing and messed me up
I had to delete my previous post to make this update as of April 8, 2025. This is for the Orchard Park location however, apparently the program director,Caitlin,’s reach is throughout the agency. The program director, my former counselor that I fired due to her inconsistency from one week to another, took retaliatory actions towards me. When I tried to be transferred, she blocked it. These people don't care.... Honestly I went there for over a year on my own to seek guidance and counseling and literally a year later the worse than I did before I started.
