Worse place to go PROS most of the counselors have ego problems and shouldn't have a license
Refused to help me get evaluated for Autism TWICE!! The older you get the harder it is to diagnose. Absolutely done with best self. This is an unprofessional and rude establishment.
My counselor is the only one who cares. Management, most of the staff (other than counselors), and the company lack professionalism in terms of follow-ups, returning calls, as well as relaying important messages to my counselors. This is greatly concerning in terms of those of us who have metal health issues. We come here to get better, not be ignored. The other reviews regarding medications, scheduling, and lack of availability to actually get help are all true.
STAY AWAY. I had a counselor ask me questions and tell me fantasies about my underage female roommates. Absolutely disgusting. The company tried to sweep it under the rug. KEEP YOUR CHILDREN SAFE AND FAR AWAY
