I would like to share our experience with the Best Rates, I would say they should change it to “Excellent Rates” why? Because: - Mr. Voytek has an extravagant or an excellent assistance when we plan to purchase a property. Almost 4 Brokers before Mr. Voytek, refused and discouraged our application. January 14th, 2026 THEY DID IT AGAIN!!! Five years ago, BEST RATES helped us get our mortgage approved, and we are truly grateful to them!!!!
