Very unprofessional. Called yesterday and agreed to come in today and when I showed up, store was closed, took me three tries to get a hold of him. When he answered he said “I already left, there’s no body in the office for the rest of the day”. Keep in mind they supposedly close at 6pm. He told me to show up at 3pm or 4pm. I got here exactly at 4, and was refused services. And told me to come again tomorrow morning, i replied saying that I only had time today and he completely wasted my time. I've been going to them for the past 4 years great price and ethical. I drive from Baldwin Park since my old income tax place that used to charge me $80 4 yrs ago, they tried to say that it was going to $200 now, and I'm glad my father told me about Income Tax Bestra!
