No vayan a este lugar! Yo hice mis taxes por 3 años seguidos en este lugar y el primer año todo bien pero los dos siguientes mi rembolso no llegaba directamente del IRS, llegaba de otra cuenta y me di cuenta que esta persona se los mandaba a su cuenta y me cobraba $400 extra aunque yo le pagaba en el momento que los hacía. Si han estado llendo con el durante varios años consecutivos revisen de dónde reciben su reembolso…
Very unprofessional. Called yesterday and agreed to come in today and when I showed up, store was closed, took me three tries to get a hold of him. When he answered he said “I already left, there’s no body in the office for the rest of the day”. Keep in mind they supposedly close at 6pm. He told me to show up at 3pm or 4pm. I got here exactly at 4, and was refused services. And told me to come again tomorrow morning, i replied saying that I only had time today and he completely wasted my time. Yo no lo recomiendo este señor me hizo los taxes hace dos años yo esperaba depósito directo del IRS y me llegó de otro lado y luego me di cuenta q faltaban $300 dólares y yo ya le había pagado por sus servicios
I've been going to them for the past 4 years great price and ethical. I drive from Baldwin Park since my old income tax place that used to charge me $80 4 yrs ago, they tried to say that it was going to $200 now, and I'm glad my father told me about Income Tax Bestra!
