This is my last rodeo with Best Print and Design on Snapfinger Woods. While their work quality is decent, the service is extremely slow and unreliable. Time and time again, they confirm details, but when it’s time for pickup, things are completely different. After years of giving them my business, I expected better. What’s most disappointing is the owner’s attitude—when I expressed my concerns, I was met with a nonchalant “oh well.” Well, oh well indeed—no more business from me.
