This is my last rodeo with Best Print and Design on Snapfinger Woods. While their work quality is decent, the service is extremely slow and unreliable. Time and time again, they confirm details, but when it’s time for pickup, things are completely different. After years of giving them my business, I expected better. What’s most disappointing is the owner’s attitude—when I expressed my concerns, I was met with a nonchalant “oh well.” Well, oh well indeed—no more business from me.
I sent an email when I went to pick it up someone else picked it up my information was given to a stranger that I don’t know that is not good no one else knew that I sent that email I feel like they should ask for ID in cases like this I am not satisfied at all
Wonderful experience faxing off some important documents. The lady and gentlemen who helped me was exceptionally friendly and helpful! 10/10 would recommend!
