My experience with Debbie has been nothing short of amazing. She really took the time to get to know me before diving into ways to help me better understand my own mental health. She's not one of those *sits with arms folded behind a yellow legal pad saying * "how does that make you feel?". I was nervous that show therapy was going to be.
