This company combines fantastic properties with excellent customer service. We were impressed by the attention to detail, particularly in the way they ensured various amenities and sundries were provided in the rental home. The property was immaculate upon our arrival, and we were beyond comfortable during our stay. We will continue to use BESTNEST for all our future vacations to Hilton Head Island.
Four of us visiting Hilton Head in the first part of June and stayed in a Beverly Serral-BestNest property. The house - it's layout, design, outfitting (every possible kitchen item and applicance you would ever need), and cleaniness was the best, by far experience we have ever had in any vacation rental. I highly recommend any property managed by Beverly Serral and her extraordinary team. She truly is the best, and I can say that as I work in the vacation rental industry as a consultant.
We had the most amazing vacation. Everything was well maintained and there was everything we needed at our finger tips. We were so thankful for our trip with friends.

We stayed at this property for 3 years as a family. The first couple were very good, despite the actual service provided by Beverly and staff. Each year the property deteriorated, and so did the service Beverly provided. At this point the house is in average shape if 2001 in 2021 is your ideal situation. Do not expect ANY support from Beverly and staff. She will be kind up until the minute you book. Once the deposit is made you will not receive the support or even decent tone you received prior to spending money. Happy to co... read more
