Beware! Their billing practices are very sketchy. They took our credit card & we had a random charge on our card that day with no explanation. The number doesn’t go to the local office. When I called to get an EOB for my HSA, I reached a call center and they couldn’t help. Tried multiple times. A week or so later we received a link to bill pay…still no bill!! Checked in and asked for a card for the copay. Provided insurance card and payment method for copay. Was arbitrarily charged $100 for co-insurance (even though they don’t know what had been met). It was refunded (we think). Very unprofessional environment.
From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The medical assistant and PA took their time with my daughter, explained everything clearly, and were very thorough during the visit. I never felt rushed, and they made sure all of my questions were answered. They also gave us clear options and next steps, which I really appreciated. Such a positive experience—highly recommend this urgent care clinic!
Recently went in for some poison oak. They confirmed poison oak and wrote a prescription. 20 min tops. They charged me 366+(190 covered by insurence) dollars for one of the most cut and dry visits you can get. When I tried to dispute it they could not even give me a itemized list of what I was billed for. Ppl wonder why we dont trust the Healthcare industry.
