knowledgeable, courteous, staff. I needed therapeutic taping for plantar fasciitis. Once it was determined they couldn't provide the treatment I needed (requiring a podiatrist) they let me go without charge.
My first trip to BestMed was great. It was on a Sunday. Quick service, super helpful team, everyone was very nice. I was told to come back the next day for an x-ray, anytime between 7am & 7pm. I took the morning off work and came in around 7:20AM. The front desk person told me the x-ray tech only worked from 9-3 that day and was super rude about it, like I was some sort of idiot for not already knowing this information.
