Sarah and Victoria were fantastic! They were prompt in getting me seen and very professional, with a kind demeanor.
I’m visiting from Montana for a few weeks and came down with a bug. After 10 days I looked up walk In clinics and luckily came across BestMed Urhent Care. I left an hour later having gotten superb, efficient care. I can’t say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. The prescriptions were on target, as well as advice. This is the second Time that I have been here and both times have been amazing. I did an online check-in for 8 o’clock, but I showed up at 7 Because I was having severe back spasms. Kaitlyn took me in almost immediately And listen to what was happening with me. Within 10 minutes, Dr. Jaimee came in and was so kind and empathetic to my pain and offered some solutions. Within a few more minutes A pain relieving shot was administered and I was on my way to the pharmacy. I highly recommend this place for anything.
Was able to schedule a time quickly. Kaitlyn, Jaimee, and Heather were so genuinely friendly and caring. Clinic is new and fresh. Liked that the check in and insurance stuff is easy to do online before you go.
receptionist was loud and announced my entry to the building with what is wrong with yoU.. I didn’t feel like it was appropriate as there were other patients in the waiting room
