Everyone was great until the provider came in. He was VERY rude and unprofessional and my daughters and I paid the price for his bad day.
Victoria was so kind and personal. Sarah took her time and really listened, great care! Definitely will go back in the future!

Recommend BestMed Urgent Care to anyone who needs care. There's only been 1 or 2 people in the waiting room whenever I've gone. So if you don't want to wait long that's where to go.
I went here back in February of this year for an injury on my finger and they did absolutely nothing to help with the pain or the way it looks now. Also they don’t even know if they some insurance so be sure to call your insurance before you go be I had to call my insurance company to ask them why they are billing me and my insurance and my insurance because their license for my insurance expired last year but when I asked best meds billing department if they take my insurance they said they did.
