It was easy enough to get checked in. It was a bit of a wait though to see the doctor. I eventually got my turn and was prescribed the medication I was in need of.
The experience was great! Wait time was ok. Used online application.. very user friendly. Staff was friendly and helpful.
If I could give zero stars I would. I went in at 8am when they opened with my 3 year old, was the first person there and checked in, yet someone else got taken back first so I waited 35 minutes before being taken back. Then waited 20 minutes for the dr to come for 5 seconds and say we’re gonna order an x-ray, it will be a couple seconds. I wait 10 minutes and my son had to go to the bathroom so go out and all staff is sitting behind the desk talking(including the x-ray tech) go back in the room and wait another 5-10 minutes,... read more
It was my Ist time there .I arrived and checked in at noon . Made my appointment in advance online.It was quite busy , so I had to wait nearly 2 hours to be seen .I understand that it was a busy time of day . Next time I’ll try coming at opening time . The receptionist , nurses and doctors were friendly and I got what I requested .
