I made an appointment online for the first time. I had to wait less than five minutes. The provider was excellent and the support staff was also excellent. I’m really glad that this place is available.
Nice facility and great in person experience. Billing is a totally different story. They keep charging my card and won't give me a detailed receipt for my insurance. They are run by a large company so getting through to anyone who can help is very difficult. I would recommend the other urgentcare in town. No issues there with billing.
Never coming here again! Made an appointment for my autistic toddler and was given attitude when asked what's the deal after waiting in a room for 2hrs. "The lobby is full soo..." Said the snobby nurse. "It's not actually an appointment"...as she looks me up and down and I hear her talking crap when I got back in the room, so we left! And as I'm leaving I see the people who came in with the flu as a walk-in, still no masks on, leaving because they had been seen right away! So unprofessional! Was great service all the way from reception to nurse to doc! Professional crew!
I received excellent and thorough care here on the day after Christmas 2025 for a severe sore throat. I would recommend this Urgent Care facility. I am glad I ignored the negative reviews posted by others.
