Staff and PA Jamie were very nice. Will go back if I ever need to.
Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Went in for something no one likes to talk about but they made the experience feel less awkward and gave me the best possible treatment.
Check in process was easy and quick. Whole process was fairly quick too. Nice people.
i’m not one to throw around bad reviews, but i got extremely unlucky with my experience here. i went in around christmas time to get my ears flushed and the initial charge was supposed to be around 50-100$ i can’t quite remember. since then we have been billed by this company repeatedly ending up to be charged over 500$ for a single visit. we called about the issue many times and were often told we’d be called back or they would look into it. now since its been over 6 months they are sending it to collections and we are unab... read more
It was extremely clean, the wait was not bad for as busy as it was. Tiffany the MA was very communicative, professional and proficient. So happy my hand is not broken. Thank you Eugene Urgent Care.
