While visiting friends in Bend, OR, an existing wound became infected, and I visited Best Urgent Care on Sisemore St. I received prompt, excellent care from the moment I walked in. Emily was fantastic — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Didn’t give me antibiotics for my bronchitis so basically came here for no reason and spent $200 on the check up. I’m still sick and it’s a week later, going on a month total.
They were very short staffed . Long wait . Poopy attitude nurse . The physician assistant was very sweet .
Love the staff and they were super helpful but the billing process is a NIGHTMARE. I was giving a notice that I was going to be automatically charged and I had no time to change it. I spend 4 hours on the phone to stop the autopayment but no one could help me. After being charged, I called again and the said if I want to dispute the charge I have to wait 2 weeks to receive it in the mail. So now I'm screwed over because the took my rent. Never going back.
They do NOT have X-ray available on site, despite their website claiming so. They wanted to visually inspect a suspected bone break then send me elsewhere for X-rays. So I left and went elsewhere for all needed services in one place. Head over to St Charles Urgent Care by the Walmart - they were super fast, friendly, and advertised services were actually available.
