Great, quick, professional attention to my medical problem! The staff are friendly, yet professional and the receptionist went the extra mile in helping me check in!! Efficient & wonderful staff.
I’m currently in Bend for the summer and went to BestMed for swollen tonsils. I was miserable, couldn’t swallow without pain, and had trouble talking or eating. The nurse who should’ve been caring with a sick person, was extremely aggressive and rude. She immediately did a strep test, neglecting to even look in my throat first, which came back negative. The doctor then came in, looked me straight in the face and told me I’m fine and I just have a sore throat. I went home and for the next two days, no change. That’s when I ca... read more
