NO X-RAY The nurse who checked me in was also super unprofessional and told me my weight when I clearly didn’t want to know/it was irrelevant (I’m not overweight and CLEARLY looked away from the scale…).
They took forever, just to do an ear flush. Ridiculous.
Checked in online for an appointment, they confirmed and told me to be there at three. Only to get there to be an hour out. Then asked if I wanted to come back tomorrow for obviously an urgent procedure…
While visiting friends in Bend, OR, an existing wound became infected, and I visited Best Urgent Care on Sisemore St. I received prompt, excellent care from the moment I walked in. Emily was fantastic — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit.
