Dr. Konigs bedside manner leaves much to be desired. Perhaps a softer touch and a bit more compassion could go a long way. I have never been treated so poorly by a Dr. and if it wasn’t for my friend with special needs having nowhere else to go right now, we would never return.
Wonderful place, Bobby the MA is awesome and so is the Provider Kristen Konig. I always feel listened to and taken care of. Highly recommended for your primary care needs.
I always enjoy the care. I get at BestMed on Harlow Road. Kristen is a good listener, and accommodates my wishes, while explaining the pros and cons of my choices. I highly recommend this facility for primary care.
