My visit was excellent, until I learned that my primary care provider is leaving. I had an inkling this was coming when yesterday's appointment was rescheduled from morning to afternoon so my provider could accommodate walk in appointments. So disappointing! I had found someone I was comfortable with but now have no need to continue at BestMed. Dana was excellent and my one star review reflects on how I judge BestMed, not Dana. This was a review for the North Bend office.
I always have great experiences here. Sharon DeHart is amazing and very thorough. The front desk receptionist Brigitte is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic.
Dr. Sharon DeHart has been the best medical care I have received in Florence, I am sorry that this office will be closing at the end of the year. I’ll miss the professional care I have received in the last 2 1/2 years.

Absolutely the WORST "medical treatment" I've ever received. It's in quotes because despite 3 different visits I received NO CARE WHATSOEVER. Reason for visit: SEVERE hot flashes due to menopause. This "doctor" (not even a real doctor!!) Sharon DeHart LITERALLY said to me, "women in 3rd world countries don't take hormones" and REFUSED to do a single thing to HELP me!!
