The dock parts arrived well packed and meticulously marked (by hand) so that installation was straight forward. All parts fit perfectly. The dock is very well made and solid. Joe is very amenable to questions and requests. Service is perfect. Truthfully, it was hard to choose a dock manufacturer and not having seen this particular dock on my lake made it even harder.
