Why no one told me that this place really don't abide by appointments
They DO NOT honor appointments. I arrived at 3 only for the one person in there to tell me she doesn’t do box braids and asked me to come back at 6. No type of compensation or communication.
Posting this for a scorned bestie: They delayed my APPOINTMENT 3 hours with no compensation, send a braided who didn’t speak English without explaining what I was getting done. She was unable to curl my ends. And their communication was terrible. Then they blocked me on fb. Terrible customer service for a busy client. DO not book if you have things to do that day!
The braided was friendly. I asked for a short braided bob. The final result was not good. Many of the braids were uneven in width and length. Anyone can open a braid shop. It’s the quality that matters. This was my 2nd visit to this location. Will not return.
