The first time I visited this salon, I had a great experience however the 2nd visit was a nightmare. I booked for medium boho knotless bob and requested not a lot of boho. The first stylist had a major language barrier so I had several people confirm what I wanted. However she still did not align with what was requested. She did not measure the hair like you should for the knotless braids and she didn’t measure the boho hair at all. I don’t even know where to begin but i have NEVER experienced a braid shop to this standard. I called on thursday for an appointment on tuesday at 10 when I came in there they had no clue what i was talking about and someone was being worked on before me I waited 45 mins to be seen (not a problem) during my wait the customer ahead of me had a medical emergency that made my 45 mins wait into 2 hours the braider decided she wanted to leave i totally understand that once she decided to leave i was told they had to call someone ... read more
