My hair came out great. I feel I paidcro much for the amount of hair I have on my head , i have a Mohawk so no hair on the sides and was charged 220 plus extra 20 for extra curls. And being charged for extra curls but I didn't get extra curls. Extra curls mean fuller hair and my hair is not full. But Fortune food my braid within 3 hours. Ill ask for her again but will explain i like BIG full hair. I bought 3 bundles of curls and went home with 1.5 bundles.
Today my daughter went in to the shop as a walk-in. In the beginning she was indecisive on what style she wanted for sure. Heck she’s a teen we all know how that goes if you have children. She finally made a decision to get 10 straight back small feed-ins waist length. The young lady Pascal was chose to braid her hair. My daughter text me to say she’s doing the braids to big. I used to like Bestie Vibe Braids and have gone multiple times and have recommended them to others, but my recent experience was unacceptable. The prices have skyrocketed, and what’s worse is that they’re not transparent about the final cost. I was quoted one price before the appointment, but when it came time to pay, the total was significantly higher — the explanation was that the curly hair was not included, but when someone asks for a total, prior to the appointment, that should include everything! I won’t be back. After waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes past my appointment time for anyone to start my braids, the guy in charge was only willing to take $30 off my $300+ braids — and I had to reason with him for over 5 minutes for THAT!
My braid was neat and she was really fast. Great job!
