I called in first and was able to book an appointment when I wanted, even though it was quite last minute. This was my first time at this salon and I showed Song the haircut and style I wanted, Kim washed my hair and gave me an excellent head massage, and Song cut my hair. You get what you pay for. I came here because it’s a very affordable salon but my hair was cut unevenly (one side shorter than the other) and when I tried to show them they were very dismissive and just styled it to hide the cut instead of fixing it. But now that I’ve washed my hair at home it’s very noticeable.
I got a colour correction here and a haircut, it was such a great experience! song was so sweet and really talented at what she does!
Kevin was amazing for my wash and blow out. His shampooing was so relaxing i was put almost to sleep. The blow out results were insane ! Will be coming back again and again
I was so lucky to find Bestie Hair on a recent trip to Vancouver as a guest at a 3-day wedding. As soon as I spoke with Song, she made me feel welcome. Vanessa did my hair and make-up two days in a row and it made me feel confident and beautiful. I got a lot of compliments and loved feeling polished and elegant for this special occasion.
