This is by far THE WORST company I have EVER dealt with!! I do not mean the worst security company, I mean the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. If I could give zero stars I would. After multiple alarms going off and no one responding, or after several instances of them calling me in the middle of the night for an alarm trigger many hours earlier I finally decided to get a new alarm company. They may be good, but the customer service is abysmal. I couldn't even get them to return a phone call to arrange a repair with multiple tries.
