Tappi of Best Dry was fantastic. We had a bit of a disaster with melted chocolate on an upholstered chair. Tappi spent considerable time and care cleaning the chair. Tidying up the stains, then deep-cleaning, then shaving any loose fabric “hairs”. He then steam-cleaned the whole chair so that when it dried the coloration would be even. My mother was very pleased and we are very happy to give Best Dry a 5-Star review.
