If I could give them a zero star, i would! Waited at home during the hours of 8-12 as directed. Lost a days pay in doing so only for them to be a no call no show and they WON'T answer their phone. I would absolutely NOT recommend this unprofessional company to anyone. My home warranty reassigned them to us so we didn't have an option to pick our tech.
