You are just an invoice number to them! I had to cancel an appointment due to a genuine medical emergency and spent the entire day in the emergency department at the hospital. I informed Bestchance of the circumstances, yet I was still invoiced for the cancelled appointment. I would like to express my disappointment regarding the cancellation notice for today's Orange Group session. The session is scheduled to commence at 8:15 am, yet the cancellation message was received after the start time, by which stage many families had already arrived at the kindergarten. Very disappointed with how this childcare centre handled a serious head injury involving my child. There are major concerns around child safety, incident management, and transparency. My child suffered a significant head injury with visible swelling, yet no photos were taken, no proper documentation was provided to us, and there appeared to be very limited understanding from staff regarding the seriousness of head injuries. We loved our OT before she left. However, the woman at Notting Hill with the American accent speaks so rudely to her staff. So disappointing what this company has become. No wonder so many therapists have chosen to leave.
