Horrible front desk staff. I wouldn't call them customer service representatives because they have no interest in being of any service! They treat you like. You're an irritation and a burden and like you're bothering them even though they are your support system and you're supposed to reach out? Super confusing and really frustrating when the front desk person is not even trauma informed! Get some training Brynn
