For a simple lab test even having set an appointment I had to wait for an hour , what a waist of time , the staff are not helpful at all

Excellent care
Average wait time is more than 2 hours. They set four appointments for the same 15 minutes slot. Not 2, not 3 but 4 when it is supposed to be 1 appointment for each slot. So unless every one is in and out under 4 minutes, there is going to be a big queue. If your appointment is later of the day, good luck. The queue builds up quite fast. Don't go if you value your time.
I don’t know what the doctor was like and perhaps he is a good doctor. I’ll never know because we never made it to my husband’s appointment. We waited over an hour to be taken to an office with a medical assistant. The room was not wheelchair accessible. She took my husband’s health history and then parked us in an exam room to wait for the doctor who would supposedly take us to the actual exam room.
