They are lucky to get one star. Totally unprofessional service. Had a Scan for suspected Hernia and was not given any indication of results or advice on the day of the scan. Was told it would take 5-7 working days for results to be sent to GP practice. Here I am on the 2nd of January (13 working days later) still waiting for results. After ringing the GP practice more than half a dozen times and being told the results have not come through. I am now personally chasing 'bestcare' for results.
