I've had nothing but excellent experiences with BestCare. Scott and his wife are salt of the earth people who care about the patients and staff. As someone who has been a first responder for almost decade and a half, I can say this with ZERO hesitation. Scott is the best owner of any Ambulance company in New Hampshire. The ambulance ride and men in it were wonderful to us absolutely amazing. The Billing department, not the same story. The women I’ve been having to deal with has been extremely rude and mean to me and my insurance company. The situation is still not resolved and I feel completely sick about it. It’s also becoming very very difficult to get past her and in touch with some one higher up to bring my complaints to.
The gentleman that took care of me in the ambulance were very kind and got me there safe and sound. But now having to deal with there office and billing person is very painful!!!! The women is very rude to me and to my insurance company. My insurance company personally called me to tell me how rude she was to them! They need better customer service in the office.
