I called the shop to inquire about the service history of a watch I recently acquired (which came with a service slip from Addie’s simply stating “watch service”). I spoke to Marlene who refused to tell me what services were performed on the watch because “that’s the customers information” then asked me to hold. Love Addie's wonderful people very nice jewelry .. the customer service is just amazing..
Had a Breitling serviced, originally said about 2-3 weeks but it was ready in 3 days. Watch was running -1min a day and after service it is back to running in chronometer standards, +1 second a day. Great service, would recommend.
