Space was super clean and ready very quickly, but hard to understand how to get into at first due to the lack of a sufficient description provided in the confirmation email. Additionally, I found it strange that there were no directory signs throughout the whole floor pointing to where the elevator & staircase were - it seems like a hazard, because I got so turned around at first. I got a great online for a 30x15 unit. But, on move in day, I found out I was assigned a 10x10 instead. Joe, the onsite attendant corrected it. He was very nice, informative, and professional ( the only reason for at least 3 stara).My unit is on the 3rd floor. The AC unit was out and it was quite warm up there. My main complaint is that the elevator is slightly larger than one you would find in a hotel. Although I thought to change facilities, I was thinking of the great rental rate I got.
