On the 7th December, I called Best4Pests and spoke to Giulio about a persistent rat problem in the loft of my house. At that point, I personally had caught 12 of them - not very nice to deal with. I'm in a rental property and saw signs of rats, contacted the estate agents and they sent out Giulio , who contacted me immediately. Not only did this man sort the issue out he was well mannered , offered to change his shoes and was very calming natured , as you can imagine I was in a state. Quick and efficient! He was at our house very promptly and only took 15 minutes. Wasps are gone!
Called best4pests as we had seen wasps and within half an hour he was at our house having a look. He confirmed the nest we had seen in the attic was an old one and instead they were in the soffits outside. He quickly made a plan and treated the entry hole.
