More like "Worst Ever". messed up my Costco delivery waiting for them. Then Costco called to say they werent using them for installs anymore.
They never made my inspection appointment. Then they called and left a voicemail saying I have an appointment on the 16th. They didn’t show up. I called on the 16th and 17th and didn’t get anyone to pick up. They have my money, Best Buy hired them, and I wish they never did.
Beware if Costco assigns your installation to this joke of a company. Scheduled a week past delivery and then completely ghosted us. As others have said they don’t even answer their phones (including the emergency line). Costco should be embarrassed to partner with such a sham company.
Ordered a dishwasher from Costco. They don't pick up the phone, they didn't come on the scheduled delivery date which was over a week after the dishwasher was meant to show up.
I don't understand all the good reviews. They delivered/installed a washer/dryer I ordered from Best Buy. The guys were professional and very nice. After they left, I ran the first load in my new washer and water leaked out, flooding my washer/dryer room. They had left a contact sheet that included an emergency number and told me to call any time. I called the emergency number on three different days and it went straight to voice mail.
