I used Best Windows in our old house and was incredibly satisfied with the quality of the windows and the service to quote, measure, and install. We moved 3 years ago and have selected Best Windows again for the house we now live in which was build in the 70's. The windows are great, the installers are amazingly quick, super clean, polite and professional, and the follow up by Steve when I had a small follow up was fantastic! A little late on this post. Wanted to give it a good year to see how the windows held up...AND THEY ARE GREAT!!! Had all our windows and sliding door replaced in January of 2015. Yes, right in the middle of a midwest winter. John was great! So easy to work with. John was very helpful. He made suggestions to get the best value. His price is straightforward and very competitive. No nonsense. The windows seem to be good quality. Time will tell. The installers were professional and efficient. Everything looks good and passed inspection with no questions. Overall, highly recommended.
