We had John come out to our building to quote a few new windows 14 years ago. He gave us a great price and the project was done professionally and had no issues. Recently I called John Regarding a window I was having issues with John came by in a matter of days and told me what the issue was. Peter replaced windows and slider doors at my home 2years ago. I was pleased, I was more pleased when I called best to make some adjustments. John installed replacement windows in our living room and dining room approximately 10 years ago. Recently, the seal on the picture window failed and gunk was starting to form between the glass panes. Called John to discuss options for fixing. He is ordering new glass and it will be installed in approximately 5 weeks at no cost to us. We were very happy to hear that. So happy, in fact, that we are having John replace our two ancient glass block bathroom windows as well.
