Poor customer service Best Window and Door does not stand behind their product. My windows leaked and cracked. I had to have them reinstalled by another company. Best Window and Door offered no resolution and found every excusenot to honor their warranty. Customer service was below par. I would NOT recommend them to anyone! PROS: NONE CONS: Many...lack of customer service, warranty, poor installation
They are the Best!! We have used this company several times and always found them to have quality windows with outstanding customer service and warranty. Wouldn't consider using anyone else!!! PROS: Great Customer Service and Quality Products CONS: none
Ideal Experience My experience with Best was wonderful. The salesperson was very informative, I was able to see not only the different windows available but I actually got to tour the factory to see the windows being made. Their price was a bit higher than most, but only by a few hundred at most and they are well worth it. The installers worked quickly and I can't say enough for the results.
