it shouldn't have been complicated – Service was fine several years ago. This time, the window washing was very good, but I had clearly worked out a price and arranged for removal of the window guards. Not only did the window washer hike up the price, but it became a major inconvenience since the fellow didn't have the proper tools. I ended up having to do it myself.
