Bought 4 tires through Walmart website. But the size selected was I have been trying to exchange it for the right size . Can't even return to Walmart only is shop it back to best wheels and their customer service response is so horrible and delayed. Only o could get in touch with any is through email and it takes almost 24 hrs for any kind of response. Never again making this mistake. It has been a week trying to exchange the tires

I am happy with this seller, I purchased through EBay. I had issues with the carrier scratching a rim, they set up a pickup and sent me a replacement fairly quickly. I will purchase from them in the future.

This company is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.. They don’t get your order to you on time and then they lied to you over and over and over to put you on hold. You can’t believe anything they say. My experience is their total ripoff and liars.

Called made me cancel a eBay order due to a software error. The manager Brian said he’d hook me up on a good deal the next set of tires I’d like to buy. The manager had no clue they even sold the tires I wanted. Was supposed to call me the day the manufacturer rebate ended, promised to the moon he wouldn’t forget. No call. I’ve left 4 messages with them no call back. If this is how the manager runs the show I’d stay away from this place.
