Substandard accommodations. Didn't even unload luggage/didn't stay more than 5 minutes. Left immediately following allergic reaction to pet smells and overabundance of air freshener used in an attempt to disguise previous pets' occupancies. Best Western should not add their brand to this MOTEL until after renovations are completed.
Bed Bugs in room 120! Thank god I always check before we stay. No apology when we said we weren’t staying and staff didn’t seem like this was a surprise or new issue. Waiting on a manager for a refund. Absolutely disgusting.
I’ll start with the staff was friendly. This was in Miles City Mt. Best western is our go to. I booked this online and wished I would’ve waited to see the facility upon arrival. The first initial sight was not typical for our usual best western stays. This was an old run down building, honestly a bit shady. This is a great price for a hotel stay. There was NOTHING to complain about with this hotel. Breakfast was simple, room clean, beds and pillows comfy. Walkable to restaurants and an evening walk around the golf course neighborhood. Staff very friendly.
The smell. 🤢. The rooms should be completely redone, just to get rid of stale smells of smoke, pets, urine, and who knows what else. Within a couple of hours of being in the room, my nose felt stuffy, and my husband said his throat burned. More attention needs to be given to their cleaning process. Much more.
