5/6/26 I was in town for business. I was staying BW in Chamberlain the night before. This BW is located near Walmart and town. Check in process was quick - ID and CC. My room is on 1st floor. I requested a room with shower only and don't need a tub. Room and bathroom are clean. Ice maker is right behind the customer service. Swimming pool is available. The heater works good but is a little loud even on the low speed. It could be just the room I stayed. So, I turned it on to warm up the room then off when I go to bed. Everyth... read more

Absolutely abhorrent and rude customer service. The breakfast was adequate but not fantastic. The mattress was lumpy, concave and extremely uncomfortable.

I love this small, homey and super clean hotel. Staff has been pleasant and accommodating the 2 times I have stayed. It's a quiet town and the location is quiet.
