Staff here are absolutely amazing. While everyone, including cleaning and maintenance staff were superb, two people really stood out to me. A younger man working the front desk during afternoon/ evening was so friendly and patient with my exhausted children, who were struggling to behave after a long trip. He was kind and seem to genuinely enjoy talking to my kids. The same can be said for the lovely woman working the pool area during my stay. She absolutely made my kids feel special.
