Worst best western I’ve ever stayed at. Parking is a nightmare. No spots because workers from car dealerships are using the parking lot and management doesn’t do anything about it. Restaurant is packed because they offer conferences with day visitors using the facilities. Rooms are horrible with bathrooms showers that leak all over floors. My room was far side of building and the distance to walk to the entrance was extreme. The fact that they charge a facility fee on top of $250 deposit is laughable

Not impressed with the service at the front desk, took 2 hours to book a room and I had to wait in both lines before I was able to book a room because one of the cashiers didn't want to take cash despite the manager standing right behind both receptionists and talking over the phone with me telling me that take cash 🤦‍♂️ I ended up switching lines because I was told by the receptionist standing in front of the manager that they can't take cash I then made it clear how much cash I had to book a room and then I got served in ... read more

Great hotel, lovely staff. Rooms, especially bathrooms might be outdated but over all not bad. Hotel room floors are very quiet. Hotel going through some renovations.

Bathrooms need a little updating but staff, cleanliness and service was very good.
