The hotel was pretty standard for a Best Western, but the highlight was the desk clerk Erica. She took excellent care of us. It turns out she’s the onsite manager. She treats it like a home and tries to create a bed and breakfast vibe. Also, this was the best EV charging experience we had on the whole trip. It was convenient, easy to use, and free.
You can tell it's not the newest hotel but its clean! Staff has been friendly and professional.
Everything was smooth, Erica was very helpful and answered questions I had about the area and offered me a room that met everything I wanted. Would book again
Do not book at the Best Western on Shackleford. They are money hungry feins I made the mistake of booking a room here for one night, thinking it would be a safe and quiet place for my friends and me to hang out for a few hours. I only brought two people with me—there was no noise, no disruption, and we were respectful when entering the building.
