friendly lovely people. always helpful. they let us hang out in the breakfast area to talk and play some games. We will be coming back.
This hotel was okay for a quick overnight stop on a roadtrip. It looked a little bit nicer online than it did in person, some minor things were that the hotel smelled musty and faintly like smoke; there were areas where the paint was chipped or areas where the painters look like they rushed painting, beds were okay but not the most comfortable, pillows were tiny and not comfortable. Lipstick on a pig. Room smelled like it had previously been a smoking room even though it was listed as non smoking. Could tell there was a fresh coat of paint because they painted over chunks missing from the wall rather than fix them. Mold in shower stall, bathroom door did not latch closed. The toilet ran all night. The humidity in the room was awful, felt like we'd walked into a rain forest. The pillows were sized for umpalumpas. Staff was fine, passed on breakfast.
