Checked in Saturday evening (March 8) had to quickly leave in the early hours of Sunday morning for a family emergency. Turned keys in and left. Upon unpacking at home realized I left a jacket (Ariat) hanging up and a cowboy hat. Called 2 times now and was told I would get a call back, but NOTHING..no call back and no help locating my belongings. Will continue to call daily. What is your procedure for items left in your rooms. I would love a actual call back, an email and my things. Not the run around.
