Lisa helped check us in while we had some troubles with the reservation! She was SO helpful and so kind. Very grateful she made the check in process feel less stressful.
Heads up, mold on the ceiling and unknown substance on side of tub. Only ice machine is downstairs. Breakfast was meh but wasnt expecting much.
Not in any way up to the standards expected at a Best Western. Checked out early, will pay more to go somewhere else.
