Great facility with outstanding customer service and a reliable shuttle service. The room was excellent—clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were extremely cozy, making for a restful stay. Highly recommend!

Rooms are a bit old, but functional, the bed was too old not comfortable. What I didn’t like at all was that they only service the rooms AFTER 3 days, even if requested, they will not service the rooms. There a ton of hotels nearby, the people on the counter are very nice and friendly. The ladies that take care of the food were not very friendly. I stayed there with my family 4 days in mid-October. They never cleaned the room, and when we asked, they said you must stay in the room for more than four days for the room to be cleaned, never heard of anything like that, not to mention the receptionist told us the room is cleaned everyday. The whirlpool was broken throughout our stay and was never fixed. Finally, everything in the game room was broken.
