Good hotel for transit next day. 15 mins to airport. Friendly staff. Free hotel shuttle can have a free call hotel at packing lot island 1B call booth. (See photo)Room is very clean with bathtub. Hot breakfast served from 6:00am. Scramble egg really good at waffle. Because it is very close to airport so you can hear plane flying and pretty loud.

Called to simply mention I was going to be late to check in. Employee didn’t even let me finish a sentence and hung up on me. Ridiculous, where has customer service gone? As someone who works with customers, I just don’t get it. If you hate your job just quit and stop making people feel as if they’re bothering you while you’re supposed to be doing your job.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this place because I have never been to SeaTac. While it is an older hotel (if you're a snob about hotels & the fixtures in the rooms/bathrooms, this is not your hotel), it was great. From the moment I came in to the moment I left, the service at the front desk was amazing. I also could have returned my rental car earlier & used the 24/7 shuttle instead. I wasn't sure it was legit when I booked it so kept my car instead. The shuttle was running all the time when we were coming & goi... read more
