Booked in for a week, from August 25 to Sept.1. Booked a kitchenette room. The room was OK although the furniture was rock hard and not comfortable to sit on. The bathroom was good, nice shower. The kitchenette portion left a lot to be desired. There was very limited dishware, cutlery or pots to cook from. Lighting was poor so had to have a lot of lights on to see making coffee. Was great customer service, found room for us when our other hotel gave away our room. Best western premiere came threw providing the correct room at a less costly price then previous hotel. Rooms were beautiful, quiet, clean staff was really something special ial. This will be or verno go to every trip work or play. Strongly suggest this hotel. Parking was awesome for our stock trailer!

We booked a King suite, turns out the bed is a queen size only. I sent a note to the hotel on this and got no response, further the breakfast was $18 plus GST lest 20% for being a guest, told we order from a menu, when we went for breakfast told no menu just a buffet that was dismal at best (bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes, muffins and one type of cereal), quite the rip off.

Easy to get to, not too far into the city. Room was as described. No complimentary breakfast 🥴. Was able to check in later in the evening. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable,so took the mattress and placed it on the floor for better comfort.
