I Had a wonderful stay at Premier Richmond City Gateway last weekend. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the customer service was outstanding. A special thank you to Manager Rachelle for her professionalism and genuine hospitality. She made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent stay at Premier Richmond City Gateway in Richmond, Virginia, last weekend. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making my visit very enjoyable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service provided by the manager, Rachelle. She was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring every guest had a pleasant stay. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made a lasting impression.

I’ve been here twice and the first time was pretty okay! The elevators weren’t working but that was no biggie. The second time I came I didn’t have a good experience like the last. There is mold on the pillows and so far one of the workers isn’t showing the best customer service. Would be nice if some of the workers showed better attitude! I wouldn’t really recommend staying long here

Single traveling mom here! Alfreda at the front desk was so thoughtful and considerate! She gave me a late check out and was very friendly to my toddler. Couldn’t have asked for better care while traveling.
