A few days ago, I had a horrible experience at Kauffman stadium. I got lost from my group, tried to ask many people to use the phone to call my group, and was regected many times. It wasn't until I made it to the Best Western Plus and was able to meet Mercedes, the front desk clerk. She allowed me the phone to use, and asked if I was alright.
