-the air freshener in the room smelled like a 13 yr old boy with an axe addiction. Too strong for me, did not fade during the stay. Induced a headache, which is unusual for me-i do wear perfumes. -most ice machines not functioning, all guests must go to 2nd floor for coveted ice. -the 7am brekky got delayed till 8am due to a last minute call in....bring me a donut and I'll be fine. -messy common areas-need wiped down/swept/mopped *will i stay here again? They did well especially this two people first the guy that was on front desk around 12noon of 1st August 2026 and the lady at the front desk that was working around 9pm of August 1st 2026 this two people were so helpful sorry that I forgot to get their names but they did great.
I was very disappointed with my stay. From the moment we arrived, there seemed to be one issue after another. The hallways were uncomfortably hot, and the air conditioning in our original room was broken. Our room reached 78°F, and we had to switch rooms just to be comfortable. I was also shocked to learn that we would be charged extra for additional pillows. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never encountered a fee for something so basic. The room was clean which is pretty much all I can say about our stay. Our room was above 80 degrees Fahrenheit all night due to AC not working. I called the front desk and they did not have any other rooms available. The only option they offered was to wait for the morning until I can speak to a manager. The manager only offered us 10% refund. It was extremely hot and by the looks of the reviews, they know the AC is not working and still offer the rooms.
