The hotel itself was clean, front desk and service staff members were friendly, professional, and well-trained. Unfortunately, our experience hosting an event at the hotel was frustrating and disappointing. Pricing was not transparent, and when we raised our concerns, the manager blew us off did not address them until after our evening event had concluded. Came here for a brand training event with my company, the catering was great, and overall meeting hall venue was really amazing. Great in-house staff!
