Disappointing experience, especially when it comes to Wi-Fi. The internet was extremely slow, with speeds of around 50 Kbps, making even basic online tasks difficult. Despite reporting the issue, the hotel was unable to get the Wi-Fi fixed even after three days. In today’s world, reliable internet is a basic necessity, especially for business travelers. Definitely needs significant improvement in connectivity and customer service.

I called Cottonwood Hotel in Louisville to cancel my reservation the day before I was supposed to arrive for a weekend stay because I could not see to drive to Kentucky due to an inflammatory eye condition. Hotel management would not refund the $500 reservation I had made through Priceline because it was beyond the cancellation deadline when I attempted to cancel, despite the fact that I had been in the emergency room, unable to see, at the time I would've had to cancel. Stayed for B and B. Every member of the staff was amazing and did an excellent job with handling all the extra that comes with the festival in town. Nothing but exceptional things to say about them all. Breakfast was great each morning. Rooms were very clean. Would recommend!!

I do not recommend this hotel ! I feel that my family were discriminated against. My black family was asked to leave the pool area and the police was called when we went to the room. After we were asked to vacate the premises . After being told i would get a refund for $100 i did not realize i was charged an additional $300 AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN.
