Lovely hotel, and wonderful service! Only complaint was that the disposable cups in the room were dusty. We would definitely go back. Breakfast was delicious and front desk was super helpful.
No TV all weekend in the rooms no vent in the bathroom. Seems like it's on its last legs of "nice" going to dumpy town. Don't expect them to keep that 3 Star
I had such an amazing experience at the Cottonwood Hotel in Louisville, and a huge part of that was thanks to Chelsea and Ana. They truly went above and beyond during the three-day event—everything was organized so smoothly, and you could feel the effort and care they put into every detail. The food and drinks were excellent, and they created such a warm, inviting atmosphere that brought everyone together. At first I was skeptical by the name. As a motor coach operator ive stayed in so many hotels because of work. This being it's own hotel not under a brand was by far one of my best stats. From the stay to the parking really impressed .e and my xo workers. If you are EVER in the area amd you need a nice, safe, comfortable, and clean Hotel PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE COME STAY HERE!!
Super friendly staff! I only stayed one night but I wish I stayed longer bc it was so welcoming lol
