I’m only giving 4 stars because the evening shift girl, McKenna, was absolutely amazing, patient, and as helpful as could be. We had some minor issues that can happen to anyone, anywhere so I won’t go into specifics. However, this was all compacted by the fact that housekeeping left our door (room next to elevator at that) ajar with all our stuff inside. Best sleep I got in my whole vacation. Genuinely friendly staff. Very close to Zion. Would definitely stay again.
Dakota was great at the front desk! Super friendly and funny and even helped plan our dinner.
The beds were very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding.
Great location to get to Zion NP. Dakota at the front was very helpful in giving recommendations for places to eat and things to see in town. Only reason for mark down of stars was room had some minor broken items. However that being said we would still stay here again if we come back this way.
