My stay at this Best Western was overall good. My vehicle broke down in Indiana on my drive and I had to take it to a shop to be repaired the next day thus making me miss my first reservation day. I called the hotel to inform them after my tow. I was told by the receptionist, who was very friendly, that she was going to try to adjust my reservation date so I would not have to pay due to my unforeseen circumstances. I attended a wedding this past weekend. I happed to be guest for a week at this hotel. The staff was amazingingly welcoming all the time. They always had fresh coffee for guests by the registration counter and I enjoyed every sip of it. The room service was excellent. I loved the town of Wooster. I never been in Wooster before, but the hotel, its staff, and amazing wedding made my vacation most memorable.
