I was not overly impressed with my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was great, and I will say the rooms themselves looked nice. However, the layout seemed very odd for shorter people. I’m 5 feet tall and struggled with how unusually high the bathroom sink area and food storage area were—it made simple things like brushing my teeth uncomfortable. This hotel was amazing!! It’s new and very clean. The beds are super cozy and everything in the room worked great. Breakfast went above expectations, lots of options including gluten free! Our only complaint would be the traffic noise on the highway during the night… and the 2am train that came through that is not the hotels fault white noise could have fixed this, next time!

The best out of all Best western plus hotels in Canada & US. The staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast is much better than many hotels with actual fresh products, and the rooms are always clean. Plus, it’s walking distance from a couple of restaurants where BWP are usually on a random highway junction or so
5/5 for the staff at BW Winkler. We made an error on our booking and didn’t realize it until we went to check in. Toby (manager) Simon ( front desk) did a wonderful job of accommodating us. We found the staff to be very professional, friendly and accommodating. The room we got was very clean and bright, you can definitely see the pride in ownership as soon as you walk into the bright clean entrance. BW in Winkler is our #1 pick for our future stays. Thanks again guys we really appreciate you.
