Booked few weeks in advance. Amenities we chose were Pool and hot tub for out kids on vacation. Had an 8 hour drive. When checked in was not told pool or hot tub was broke down. Kids wanted to look at the pool on the way to hotel room. Was locked and closed for repairs. Did not even step foot in hotel room. Went back to front desk to get reimbursed as pool area was closed. Rooms need updating!! Paint missing cabinets are chipped, stains.
I attended a family wedding in Williston and this hotel was on the invitation for blocked rooms. Upon checkin I asked the agent if the discounted wedding rate was in my reservation and she said yes, it was 143.00 for 2 nights. I told her I was charged 278.00 for 2 nights. She said she would take care of it. I asked again at checkout, to confirm rate, and once again was told it would be taken care of. I have not seen a refund in 5 weeks.
