Everything in the room was good but the rock hard spring mattress.

Downgrading my review from 5 stars to 1 star based on the treatment I got today. As a Platinum member of BW, I usually get service with a smile. At this location (which I stay at often because my daughter goes to college here), the people have been invariably courteous and friendly. Not so this time. As I walked in, the front desk person greeted me with what can only be termed as service with a sneer.
